Corporate Needs Assessment

  • at least 70 communications during the relocation, including assistance from others besides the Move Concierge who can help insure a smooth move,
  • pro-active customer service to prevent trifling matters from becoming full-scale disasters,
  • responsive service – such as speedily calling back when employees have questions or concerns, and
  • communication after the move – even through final claims resolution, where claims are, in fact, filed.
Post-Move Follow-up
Following our relocation of an employee, the Move Concierge will call that employee to conduct a short, congenial post-move survey. This, essentially, is a concluding “quality check” to see what your employee thinks of the relocation, how well we ultimately conformed to his or her expectations, and what, if any, issues may still need addressing. Being aware of these things helps us constantly enhance our services and our move capabilities.
